I'm here to take through pathways I've walked for years since my childhood around Marseille. As a keeper of the Magdalene frequency and French woman born on the Magdalene grids of Southern France, count on me to:

 

  • guide you to places known to very few people where Mary Magdalene stood and meditated - caves and pathways dear to her heart
  • share local myths and lore unknown to even most locals! The result of my many years of research and personal inquiry, pilgrimages and inner journeys of Remembrance
  • guide you through energy healing rituals - forest baths, water & rose rituals, skinny dipping -  into your own Feminine expression: free, liberated, radiant and expansive! 
  • take you to dreamy experiences such as swimming in lakes and bioluminescent plankton in the Mediterranean Sea under the stars, private traditional sauna for deep cleansing, gentle meditative hike, deep prayer in caves and temples, conscious shopping to honour and reveal your Inner Venus, photography therapy

  •  You are comfortable with international travel and contact with other cultures - being mindful of local customs and willingness to step on the edge of your comfort zone

 

 

 

WHAT will be included:

  • Transport to local sites we will be visiting. We will have rental cars; rental and petrol will be included in the overall pricing (not included: transport to and from airport to your accommodation, accomodation, airfaire to and from Marseille airport, shopping, optional laundry, extra snacks and beverages)
  • Sacred sites visits, private access whenever possible, corresponding entrance fees
  • Meals will be taken in local restaurants as we travel, no catering will be provided
  • You will be in charge of booking your own accomodation, I will provide a list of local options for you to stay within the vicinity. We will have a meetup point every day.
  • My guidance through sacred land and healing practices, daily group and personal support, experience of the area and ancient knowledge, French interpreting and personal recommendations
  • Other gifts and (guest) surprises!

Magdalene Retreat is not intended to replace medical services and is not to be taken as medical advice but as spiritual information. Spiritual healing, retreats and energy work are not a substitute for traditional medical treatment, if you have a serious health imbalance please see a Doctor or other appropriate professional, and make complementary healing part of a complete health care program. Please note I am not a doctor, licensed counselor, member of the clergy, or licensed medical professional. You are advised not to participate if you suffer from manic-depression or any mental health condition that compromises your own safety and that of others.

 

Be aware this retreat may result in tangible changes in your body, emotions, mindset and certain life events. Those around you will receive the ripple effect of your own frequency change, and this might trigger all sorts of reactions from them. None of these reactions are a reflection of your own person, they are each person’s way of integrating these frequencies.


Please be patient, compassionate and gentle as yourself and those around you adjust to your new vibrational template.


I strongly encourage you to take this integration time to practice loving awareness of whatever arises within and around you, keep well hydrated and journal with the many insights this will bring for you.


In the integration phase which can span from a few weeks to a few months, you may experience vivid dreams that you are being invited to record in a journal, unusual thirst, emotional release, physical discomfort (but no pain) as your body integrates and readjusts. I remain available during the first week post retreat to support your integration.
